1. Introduction
Chewies&More is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws and international standards. We respect and protect human rights across our operations and supply chain, and we expect the same from all our suppliers, agents, and business partners.
2. Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking
- We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking in any form.
- All suppliers must comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent EU regulations.
- We require suppliers to provide evidence of compliance (e.g., audits, certifications, or policies).
- Any suspicion of modern slavery must be reported immediately to management for investigation and corrective action.
3. Human Rights Commitment
- We uphold the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Core Conventions.
- Workers must be employed voluntarily, receive fair wages, and work under safe conditions.
- Discrimination, harassment, or abuse in any form will not be tolerated.
- We respect employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
4. Ethical Trading Standards
- All suppliers must sign and comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Suppliers must provide safe workplaces, use environmentally responsible practices, and treat workers with dignity.
- We carry out risk-based due diligence and audits on our supply chain partners.
- Non-compliance may result in corrective action plans, suspension, or termination of business relationships.
5. Whistleblowing Procedure
- Chewies&More encourages employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

- All reports will be investigated promptly, fairly, and sensitively.

- We work with suppliers to improve standards and awareness where risks are identified.
7. Monitoring and Review
- This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Compliance will be monitored through supplier audits, assessments, and engagement with stakeholders.
